Phyllis has assisted my wife and I in traveling to Europe and a cruise. Both trips were the times of our lives. She tries to understand what we like to do and match that with the trip. The hotels she suggested in Europe were 5 stars at a 3 star price. The breakfasts were unbelievable. We were in the middle of Paris, Vienna, Zurich, and Munich and within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see.The cruise was also a delight. She asked us what we were interested in doing in a cruise and she gave us her suggestion on the best cruise for us at a price we could afford. We had never enjoyed a cruise as much as this one.We are very thankful for Phyllis and what she has done for us!

Phyllis was recommended to me by a co-worker who has used her for years.First let me say, her knowledge of destinations is incredible and for someone like me who had never been to Europe her information was vital to me. 2nd- she was always one step ahead of me. She answered my questions before I asked.3rd- I was quite a case because my husband's passport came the day before our flight out. She had all the patience I could ask for and even at the last minute took care of everything. I just returned from my trip to the D.R. It was an amazing experience thanks to my Travel Agent Phyllis! I booked it on a last minute, spur of the moment next day trip but I was undecided on exactly where I should go to meet my expectations. Phyllis took her time with me, displaying extreme patience as she gathered the necessary information in order for her to assist me in making the right choice. After comparing several options and weighing the pros and cons, we made a decision and now after returning home I can say it was the absolute right decision!
