I have over thirty years experience in hospitality and travel industry where I have served in a multitude of roles.

Since entering the meeting and incentive planning industry I have operated as the lead planner, project manager, operational director for meetings and events for some of the most recognized global brands. These meetings and events have been conducted throughout North America, Hawaii, Mexico, and Central America ranging in size from a few executives to over 3,000 attendees.

My focus is planning and operations where my subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and organizational abilities provides the greatest value to clients. In this capacity I have: developed budgets, consulted on site selection, negotiated hotel contracts, secured and administered air and ground travel, created and implemented themed dinners and banquets, contracted off site activities and excursions, and provided managerial and operational insight to nearly every aspect of a meeting and special event.
