As a world traveler and mother of two children, I understand the needs of parents traveling with children. My expertise in this area help me plan vacations the entire family will enjoy by scheduling experiences for both parents and children that ensure relaxation and fun. I can assist clients in planning family travel expeditions both within the United States and internationally. I create active family vacations that include hiking, rafting, skiing, tours of National Parks, and ziplining. If a slower, more relaxing family travel experience is what my clients prefer, I can make arrangements for luxury cruises, outdoor experiences, or family-friendly sight-seeing - like living-history museums, amusement parks, or a chocolate museum. I can also suggest resorts that offer kid-focused options - like day care, kids clubs and teen activities, so parents can relax and recharge before another day of fun.  And all my clients appreciate family-friendly hotels, with extra large suites, some privacy for Mom & Dad, a pool to cool off at the end of the day, or maybe even bicycles to explore the city on two wheels. Does your teenager have a favorite hobby?  I can work that into the itinerary too.  A dancer?  A flamenco performance in Spain.  An aspiring chef?  Pasta making class in Italy.  An athlete?  Tickets to the local futball match. You might wonder how I became a family travel expert?  Personal experience!  We lived in Asia when my sons were very young - we learned to travel smart - with a compact stroller, toddler backpack, and finding our favorite - and new - snacks at the the local convenience store.  A highlight of our long-plane rides was cleverly creating a tent over the airplane seat - so everyone could catch some sleep.  Now that my kids are teenagers, I plan activities around their hobbies and interests, to get them into the vacation and off their phones.
